Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. We will require proof of purchase. As a small business we are not able to cover the cost of returns postage. Refunds will be made for the full value of the item (s) excluding any return shipping costs, customs or import charges.
You must notify us of your return by email, and we would strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you choose to return your item/s via the post office, please obtain a free proof of postage receipt, ensuring it is kept safely until the refund has been processed.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To start a return, please contact us at customercare@fortunesfavour.com where we will notify you of where to return the good/s and any further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund of the item/s will be processed (excluding any delivery charges), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds: Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@fortunesfavour.com.
International Returns: Please ensure that you state you are "returning to seller" in the reason for export field on your postage label. We strongly recommend using a tracked and shipped service for return as we cannot refund/exchange items that don't reach us safely. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we do NOT refund international customs taxes and sales charges if applicable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
